1 General Terms and Applicability

3 Account Responsibility and Security

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify the 7 j77 support team immediately. Any loss resulting from a failure to report in a timely manner will be the member's responsibility.

• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Each bonus offer on 7 j77 comes with its own specific conditions. The general bonus rules are as follows:

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be made before the wagering requirements have been met.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be claimed unless stated otherwise.
• 7 j77 reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of suspicious or unusual betting patterns.
• If a bonus is not used within the specified claim period, it will be cancelled automatically.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to sports betting and casino games on 7 j77:

Sports Betting

• Bet outcomes are determined based on the official result of the relevant sporting event.
• If an event is cancelled after a bet has been placed, the bet is generally declared void and the stake is returned.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 7 j77 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If one selection in a multi-bet is voided, it is counted at odds of 1.00.

Casino Games

• Game outcomes are controlled by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a software or network issue, it will be resolved according to the system log.
• If a technical error is detected in the game interface, the relevant round may be voided.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7 j77 platform:

• Fraud, cheating, or attempting to gain an unfair advantage.
• Opening multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Using automated software or bots to participate in betting or games.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to breach or undermine the platform's security systems.
• Coordinating with other members to create an artificial advantage (collusion).
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's details.

If any such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and the associated balance will be forfeited. Legal action may be taken in serious cases.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

7 j77 may suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Where there is proven violation of these terms and conditions.
• If a request for identity verification is not responded to.
• If there has been no activity on the account for an extended period.
• If the member requests to close the account themselves.

If you wish to close your account, please contact customer support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before closure, subject to the applicable conditions.

For inactive accounts, administrative charges may apply after a set period — however, the balance will not be completely forfeited as long as it is not zero.

9 Limitation of Liability

7 j77 is committed to providing the highest standard of service. However, the platform's liability is limited in the following situations:

• Interruptions to a game or bet caused by loss of internet connection.
• Technical issues on the part of third-party game providers.
• Cases where account details are compromised due to the member's own negligence.
• Force majeure events — natural disasters, government directives, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If a member suffers a financial loss directly due to a platform error, please submit a complaint to customer support. Every complaint will be resolved through a proper investigation.

10 Privacy and Data Protection
